KUN-QI SMT. CO. (KUN-QI) provides professional stainless steel surface treatment and precision processing services. Business enquiries are welcome for individual prototypes, small-batch processing, research and development testing, process validation and production requirements.

Services include SMT stainless steel surface micro treatment, stainless steel passivation, electropolishing, electroplating, plasma deburring and surface roughness (Ra) control.

Suitable processes and treatment conditions are assessed according to the component material, surface quality requirements and technical specifications.

Individual prototypes and small orders are welcome

From individual samples during early product development to R&D testing, small-batch trials and subsequent production orders, KUN-QI welcomes enquiries.

We consider the technical requirements and processing quality of every project. Large order volumes are not the sole basis for working together.

Prototype work is quoted as a paid service

Prototyping and related processing services are assessed and quoted according to the actual requirements. Free sample processing is not offered.
